
The Texas Bandmasters Association hosts the largest annual state bandmasters association
convention in the country with over 6500 people in attendance, including 2400 band directors
and more than 600 industry-related exhibit booths at the Annual TBA Convention/Clinic.
On Monday, July 27, from 8am until 6pm, David Vandewalker will present The 21st Century Booster Club Seminar to explore how to successfully nurture your army of volunteers. There will be three training sessions integrated with a visit to the TBA Exhibit Hall.

New for 2009! - STUDENT DAY
Monday, July 27 is STUDENT DAY at TBA!
Middle School and High School students are invited to attend TBA for a special cost of $5 each.
Planned activities include a student leadership clinic with Frank Troyka, admittance to TMEA All-State
Music Clinics, access to the TBA exhibit hall, and admission to the Monday evening concert by the
United States Army Field Band from Washington, D.C.
Students will receive a special TBA Leadership Certificate and patch at the completion of the day's activities.
